When can I expect an answer to a Help Request?

Timely communication is important to us, and we try to respond to every IT Help Request within one business day.

If you submit a request and it is urgent, meaning it needs to be addressed right away or the same day (e.g., a work-stoppage to time-sensitive issues), please help us by noting the urgency in your description.  If you don't hear back from us soon, please follow up with a phone call to our Help Desk (425-889-5310).
