How do I set up Mail (Mac OS) to access my NU E-Mail?

When you open the Mail app for the first time, you'll be automatically started on the process of setting up an account.  Otherwise, select Preferences... from the Mail menu.  Go to the Accounts tab and click the + button below the Accounts column.

As you're guided through the process, fill in the forms on each page as follows:
You may need to press the Esc button if Mail takes a long time verifying or testing the server settings.
