Teams Calling: How to Setup Voicemail

In Teams, click on the three ellipses near your picture in the top right corner of the screen. 

• Select Settings, then select Calls. 
• In the Voicemail section click on Configure voicemail button. 
• Click on Record a greeting button.  Wait for new window to appear. 
• Follow the instructions to record your message. 

 Other options are available on the Calls setting page and on the Configure voicemail page.
