How to Ignore Email Conversations

Is your Inbox cluttered with conversations or email threads you don’t need to be part of?

You can keep unwanted conversations out of your Inbox by using the Ignore Conversation feature. Any future emails on the subject will automatically be moved to your Deleted Items folder.

  1. Select any message within the conversation that you want to ignore.
  2. You can right click on it and choose Ignore from the dropdown. Alternatively, on the Home tab, in the Delete group, select Ignore. If you are working from an open message, on the Message tab, in the Delete group, select Ignore.

      Select Ignore Conversation when asked to confirm.
