Track Meeting Response Status

Whether you are the Meeting organizer or an attendee, you can find out which attendees have accepted or declined the meeting request. You can also see who has not yet responded.

To check meeting attendees’ response status:

  1. Open the meeting request from the Calendar.
  2. On the Meeting or Meeting Occurrence menus, click Tracking.

Note that you can click Copy Status to Clipboard to print a list of meeting attendees along with their responses.
