Manage Sharing & Permissions

To review who currently has access to your OneDrive documents, Microsoft Teams and Distribution Lists--and whether they still need access--follow the steps below:

OneDrive

  1. Go to https://m365.cloud.microsoft/ and sign in with your NU credentials.
  2. Navigate to OneDrive > Shared > By You.
  3. Select a document, click its ellipsis (…), and select Manage Access.
  4. If the document no longer needs to be shared, click Stop Sharing.

Microsoft Teams

If you are a Team owner, locate the team name and choose More options (…) > Mange team > Members.

  • To remove a member: Click the X next to their name.
  • To change a role: Use the dropdown next to their current role to switch between Owner and Member.
  • To add a member: Click + Add member, find the person, assign a role, and click Add.

Distribution Lists (Subsets of the Global Address Book)
